All are invited to participate in the Tuolumne Lumber Jubilee Craft Faire. As there are only 50 spaces available, they will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited so reserve your space early!
The deadline for reservation if May 31st 2011. Hours at the Craft Faire are 5 p.m to 8pm on Friday June 10th, Saturday, June 11th and 9am to 8pm and on Sunday, June 12th 9am.to 6p.m. The Jubilee Committee asks that your booth remain open during these hours. All vendors must be present both Saturday and Sunday. No one-day only registrations will be accepted.
Like anything else, there are rules. These rules are for your benefit and for a successful Annual Tuolumne Lumber Jubilee!
• Vendors may NOT sell BOTTLED WATER, cotton candy, or corndogs. No silly string, pop or stink bombs, color hair spray, guns that shoot anything, or any other toy which will hinder other crafters or cause complaints from crafters, buyers, or their parents.
• No trucks, trailers, RV’s, vans, or wheels of any kind; or any other type vehicle will be allowed on the park’s laws are without prior written approval by the Lumber Jubilee Committee!
• No tarps are to be laid on the grass. A 10x10 foot space is $50.00 Rental fee covers both days. You are requested to stay for the full hours on both Saturday and Sunday. The Rental Fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable. Spaces will be marked by 5pm on Friday evening, June 10, 2011. Vendors may set up at that time and open for business on Friday night. However, no tents or canopies are to be set up near the gazebo area until the Queen Coronation is over. In addition to the Queen Coronation, the Carnival will also be operating Friday night. The hours of the Craft Faire may vary on the program
• Verification of your reservation will be sent upon receipt of your reservation and rental fee. This reservation can be printed and can be sent with a check mailed to Tuolumne Lumber Jubilee, PO Box 645, Tuolumne, CA 95379. Space number, maps, etc. will be sent by June 4th 2011.
• The Tuolumne Lumber Jubilee Committee, Black Oak Casino, it’s sponsors, the County of Tuolumne, Tuolumne Park and Recreation District, will in no way be responsible or liable for the lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged merchandise or injury to concessionaires, before, during or after the Faire. Vendors must supply their own security for any hours before or after the published hours. All food vendors are responsible for any permits that Tuolumne County may require.
